How do I order on your website?

There are many ways you can order on our website, please see below:

  • You can simply shop the store through the main top banner menu by product type, skin type, skin challenge, product line, top sellers, etc…these menus will take you to the specific locations of the website where you can simply review the products as a whole or click on the name of a product to visit the product’s individual page for more detailed information. You can then click on the “order now” button on the product image to add it to your cart as a single purchase or a choose to purchase the product through our Measure & Manage subscription program (convenient scheduling of your choice) and gain access to a 5% discount on the order and every subsequent order thereafter for as long as you are on the program.
  • You can go through the MD Results Skincare System™ Questionnaire and let the results guide your purchase experience. If you choose to participate in the questionnaire and submit your answers, the system will automatically generate a customized skin regimen for you and give you 3 purchase options to choose from with the results.

1) Choose your own product(s). These can be selected from the customized regimen or the product gallery.

2) Choose to purchase your complete customized regimen (recommended) and receive a 5% discount.

3) Enroll in the Measure & Measure Subscription Program (recommended) and receive ongoing 5% discounts on all orders in addition to many more benefits.

What type of information is collected during the purchasing?

If you wish to purchase products or use certain services described on the Site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information that you provide to us will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any other user of your Account and/or any credit card or other payment mechanism issued to you, including without limitation any applicable taxes and shipping, handling and processing charges, if any, relating to such purchases and transactions. Your credit card is charged the moment you submit your information online and it is approved. Credit card orders shipped to a location other than your billing address may require additional verification. Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Canada. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to state taxes and customs upon delivery of the product and is the customer’s responsibility. MD Results is not responsible for duty and taxes incurred through shipping the product to its destination.

We only sell products to individuals who can purchase with a permitted payment method.

You are permitted to purchase products or services via the Site only for personal use and not for resale (unless under mutually agreed contract to do so). We may, at our discretion, refuse and/or cancel any order that we believe may lead to the resale of products or services ordered from us that we did not approve. We make no promise that products and services described on the Site are appropriate or available for use outside of Canada. Accessing this Site from territories where its contents are unlawful is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable laws and regulations with respect to the purchase, possession and use of any product or service ordered via the Site.

We reserve the right to refuse to process or complete any transaction, and to cancel any transaction, in our sole discretion.

How can I update my order after the fact?

Please email us at info@mdresultsproducts.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request if we can.

How can I review the status of my order?

When you create an account at checkout, you’ll be able to view your order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships. You will also be receiving emails from Canada Post confirming that the order has been shipped and is on its way to you.

Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?

No. The checkout process will only accept one discount code per order.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you, for any reason, be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one if returned within 30 days. Please see our Returns policy for details on how to proceed.

Please Note: We can only accept MD Results products directly purchased through www.mdresultsproducts.com. We cannot accept products purchased from a third-party retailer.

* Your order # will be required to process your return, please make sure you provide this during your return process.

Regarding Pricing & Availability

All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice, up until the order is completed and confirmed. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate information on pricing and availability.

In addition, some of the items on our web site may be incorrectly priced or no longer available at the time you place your order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

How do you handle ``back order`` products?

Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock. If any item in your order is out of stock and we will be unable to ship it to you within 30 days, and again within 60 days of the date of your order, we will notify you of the delay. You will have the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund if you wish by following the directions specified in the notice. If the item remains out of stock for a period of 90 days from the date of your order, we will cancel the order for the item and you will receive a refund, unless you request that we keep the order open and fill it later. If you receive a cancellation notification and would like us to keep the order open, please contact us by following the directions specified in the Return Policy and Return Procedures.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased at www.mdresultsproducts.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Only items purchased on www.mdresultsproducts.com with accompanying MD Results Return Form completed and included order number information will be accepted for return or exchange.

Limit one return per name, household, or address on opened product(s). MD Results monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at www.mdresultsproducts.com in all instances.

What do I need to do to process my return?

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

  • Click here and download the MD Results Return Form and complete it and include it with your return. Include your email order confirmation that you receive when you ordered your product. Please indicate the products you wish to return or exchange. If exchanging, please also include the product(s) you would like an exchange for. We will call you if additional funds are required for the exchange order. If you do not have your invoice or email order confirmation please email info@mdresultsproducts.com to get your order number.
  • MD Results is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please make a copy of your invoice and keep for your records.
  • The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice, and the product must be mostly full. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed.
  • Please ship the products to the address below to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund.
  • For all MD Results product returns, please use the following address:

  • We will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has been processed.
  • A full refund will be issued on a return that included a promotional gift(s) (full size) product only if the return is made within 30 days of original ship date on the invoice and the promotional gift(s) (full size) accompanies the return. If the promotional gift(s) is not included, the refund will be declined.
  • Please note that returning products will not automatically cancel your auto-replenishment subscriptions. To cancel, change shipment frequencies, or to make any other changes to your auto-replenishment subscription, please sign in to your MD Results customer account on our website.

Please allow up to 30 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and issue a credit. A credit should appear on your credit card statement within 2 full billing cycles. If your credit card has expired prior to your return request, we may offer a MD Results credit instead.

Where does MD Results ship?

MD Results ships its products all around the world although some restrictions may apply. We do our very best to make our products available to anyone, anywhere.

Where do you ship your products from?

We pick, package and ship all of our products from our fulfillment center in Mississauga, Ontario (Canada).

What should I expect from shipping within Canada?

ALL SHIPPING TO CANADA & US IS FREE.

We strive to ship your order as fast as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.

Our preferred shipping carrier is Canada Post. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.

Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All items must be shipped to a valid street address.

 Your order will be shipped after your credit has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed. To be shipped the same day, your order must be submitted and such approval and verifications completed by no later than 3 pm Eastern/12 pm Pacific. All other orders will be shipped on the day that credit approval and/or other verifications are completed, unless the same takes place after 3 pm Eastern/12 pm Pacific, in which case the order will be shipped on the following business day.

Some locations and remote areas may require additional transit time.

Are taxes included in my order total?

All taxes are included in your order and you can see the amounts charged in our checkout page. Please note that orders shipped to US locations and Internationally may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees according to local regulations. We cannot provide information on these charges and they are not included in the cost of shipping.

My shipment arrived damaged. What can I do?

When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, you can quickly process a return and MD Results will email you a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s). You can also call us at +1 (800) 591-1005, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time, or email info@mdresultsproducts.com and our team will assist you. Please provide your order number when you call or email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items.

How can I edit my shipping address?

You can log into your account on our website and change or update your shipping address. If you just submitted your order and realize you’ve made a mistake in your address, please go ahead and change the address in your “My Account” on our website but also contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-591-1005 or by email at info@mdresultsproducts.com and include your order number to ensure we are shipping to the correct address.

How do I create an MD Results account?

Once you arrive on the checkout landing page, you will be required to enter an email and password as you complete your checkout form. Once you click the “Place Order” button, you will receive an email confirmation that your account was created and will gain access to this account through the “My Account” menu selection located at the top right section of our website.

Forgot Password

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, simply click on the login page on our website and click the “Forgot My Password” link. The system will then prompt you to enter your email. Once your email is entered and submitted, you will then receive an email with detailed directions to create a new password.

Product

Are your products made for all skin types?

Although most of our MD Results products were created to benefit all skin types and bring beautiful skin to life for everyone, some of them can be best suited for oily skin or dry skin as well as target specific skin challenges. This is why we created a simplified menu that can help you shop by skin type, skin challenges and product types, saving you valuable time.

What is your product's shelf life?

All of our products should be consumed with a 24 month period to ensure highest efficiency.

Are all your products Organic & Natural?

All of our MD Results, Naturally are between 92 and 100% Natural and Organic. A full and detailed ingredient list can be found on each individual product page.

Billing

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:

Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Is your card expired?

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.

How do I stop my automatic MD Measure & Manage Subscription program ?

Simply log in to your account and click on the “Subscriptions” tab. Locate the product for which you want to cancel the subscription and simply “Cancel” the subscription. If you cancel your subscription by mistake for an unintended product, simply go back to your orders and click on the subscription button to re-enable the subscription. Should you have any issues regarding this, simply email us at info@mdresultsproducts.com or call our Customer Service team at 1-800-591-1005.
